We are looking for a self-motivated and outgoing Event Specialist to assist the company in managing events that build business relationships and amplify brand awareness. The Event Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing event themes, preparing and managing event timelines, coordinating technical aspects, managing event staff, preparing expenditure reports, and managing risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing events' calendar

  • Engaging with event organizers, vendors, and contractors

  • Developing concepts of event and exhibition booth

  • Managing event budgets

  • Site selection

  • Coordinating logistical elements

  • Organizing marketing material

  • Processing payments and invoices

  • Post-event reporting

Requirements:

  • 1-2 experience in event management

  • Strong technical knowledge

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Multi-tasker with strong work ethic

  • Superior interpersonal skills
